Director General of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic was promoted to the two-star general rank
PRAGUE, October 29 - The President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, appointed the Director General of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, Tomáš Hůlka to the rank of Major General on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, at the Prague Castle on the occasion of the National Day of the Establishment of the Independent Czechoslovak State.
